Some students are afraid of tests,like Tina.  'When i find out that we have test I am too nervous  and I can`t  concentrate on inportant things.Then I can`t sleep well day before the test.

Tom is afraid of car acidents.He had a car acident when he was a teneagger and now he is even afraid to drive a car.His driving instructor is very good and patient he has an understanding and know how tom feels.   

Tim is afraid of earthquaeks.Once when he was shooting a film in L.A. he felt that sofa is gently moving.He wanted to ran out but one of the side walls colapssed,luckly he didn't get sereiously hurt.

Eve is afraid of elevators.Once she stayed trapped in a lift about one hour,and she missed a very inportant buisness meeting and lost a lot of money.

I think that the best way to get over your fear is to deal with him!
